At Vibes by Vennise, looking after our customers and making sure that they are happy is our number one goal!
All candles are made to order so please choose your items carefully. We do not give refunds if you simply change your mind, but you can choose between a refund or exchange when a product is damaged.
Returns & refunds:
Our returns policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and we require a receipt or proof of purchase (order number / order confirmation email). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final!
Exchanges (if applicable):
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If your shipment arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, we will take steps to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of your purchase. Email us at email@example.com
We do not have a large quantity of pre-prepared stock and most orders are hand poured as we receive the order. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your order and up to 7 business days during the holiday season.
We take a great deal of time to ensure that all of our candles are of an exceptional quality. Please make sure that you read the warning label printed on every container candle.

We are committed to keeping your e-mail address and personal details confidential. We do not sell, rent or lease to third parties the emails or personal details of members or anyone else with whom we conduct business.

If all or part of Vibes by Vennise is merged or otherwise transferred to another entity, we may transfer the personally identifiable information you provided to us to such entity as part of that transaction.
You may contact Vibes by Vennise to update your personally identifiable information, opt-in to, or opt-out of any service at any time. We will provide opt-in and opt-out opportunities as applicable to the service or product being offered.
Wholesale prices are available to customers that will be reselling our products to the consumer through an established retail store or eCommerce platform.
